As Creative Psychologist at Creative ID, Lee is responsible for much of the science and statistical analysis which underpins our psychometric tool.
Whether you prefer to Stimulate, Spot, Sculpt, Select or Support... you can be confident that your Creative ID profile has been a product of solid psychological theory and scientific testing.
In addition to keeping up with the latest research on creativity and innovation, Lee works directly with clients - using the Creative ID tool and methodology to take a different approach to their existing challenges, to collaborate better, to lead differently, or to embrace creative intelligence. We help our clients to think differently and stick around to see the benefits.Lee also delivers Creative ID certification courses. By taking participants through the methodology, the science and the facilitation techniques, we have built a community of fantastic people - both independent consultants and in-house practitioners.

Work Psychology Consultant
With a PhD in Occupational Psychology, alongside experience as Head of Learning & Development working with national and international organisations, Lee is well placed to consider business challenges and learning from a number of valuable perspectives.
Lee is not someone who turns up with a magic box of tricks claiming to have the answer and he doesn't believe there is an 'off the shelf' solution to effective learning or great performance.
To him, organisations, teams and individuals are very simply, just humans - and all humans are different - by taking the time to really listen to individuals with a consultative approach, you get a much clearer understanding of what fantastic means to them, and how to help people become happier and more successful in what they do.
