I would really recommend spending time at HOME with Kirsty Mac – it’s a rare and valuable opportunity to stop what you’re doing and really focus on what you want to be feeling and achieving. It’s all about self-awareness and self-development, you really can go as deep into this as you like (or are comfortable doing!) – reading material and podcasts are provided, as well as two live webinar retreats, with Kirsty providing personal support in between as well.
There is a balance of having the opportunity to soak up Kirsty’s extensive knowledge of coaching and development, time to reflect, and time to learn from the experiences of other people in a really relaxed format. If you have brain fog, need to evaluate the direction you’re heading in, or would simply benefit from sitting still and considering your own development, this is the perfect starting point.
